Order Processing Times
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT) are processed the same business day.
Order Handling Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday).
During busy periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. We always do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
Orders are fulfilled and shipped through our international fulfillment partner, Teemdrop, which allows us to offer exclusive products at competitive prices.
Delivery Times
ZAVARI™ ships worldwide.
Estimated delivery times are typically 8–15 business days, depending on your location.
Please note these are estimated delivery timeframes. Delays caused by customs processing, high shipping volume, or courier issues are outside of our control. However, we closely monitor shipments and assist customers whenever needed.
Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted international shipping partners through our fulfillment provider (Teemdrop) to deliver your orders safely and efficiently.
Shipping carriers are automatically selected based on your location and the warehouse your order is shipped from. This ensures the fastest and most reliable delivery available.
All orders include free standard shipping.
Order Confirmation Email
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing:
- Your order number
- A summary of your purchase
- A tracking link once your order ships
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a second email with your tracking number.
Tracking Your Order

Please allow 2–5 business days after receiving your tracking number for tracking updates to appear, as packages move through international shipping systems.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or your building reception.
- Wait 24 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages early.
- Contact the shipping carrier for additional details.
- Email us at support@zavariofficial.com so we can assist you.
If a shipment is lost in transit, ZAVARI™ will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. We are committed to making sure our customers receive the support they need.
Incorrect Shipping Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
ZAVARI™ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If your package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipping.
If you notice an address mistake, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order so we can update it before shipment.
