Looks nice, isn’t loud and annoying, the cats love it, you don’t have to worry about constantly filling up the cats water… we love it!

We purchased this fountain for our babies to drink out of. It was easy to put together, and it is very quiet. And extremely easy to clean because you can throw it in the dishwasher when removing the pump. One other thing which is good about this fountain if you send it to their company email with order number, it will extend the warranty on it for two years.

One of my cats is obsessed with drinking water from the bathroom sink so I was hoping she’d like this just as much. All of my cats took to it immediately and seem to be drinking more water. It’s easy to set up and I think the maintenance will be easy as well. I have it set on the motion activated setting and it works very well. The only small negative is that the continuous on function only works with it plugged in. All in all, a really nice easy to operate fountain!

One of my animals, a big hound, has a history of getting UTI's and I think that's because she wasn't drinking enough fluids before. I had a pretty big glass pyrex dish-tray as their water bowl before I bought this.Since purchasing this neat little fountain, my hound dog is drinking a lot more frequently and she seems more hydrated to me, she hasn't had a UTI or a licking issue in their nether reasons since, either. It was easy to plug and play, I haven't had to change the filters out yet, but they seem to be doing their job, too because I notice residue at the bottom of the resevoir that I don't notice in the tray, so I think it is keeping the water from gunking up with dog and cat backwash, hair, boogers, etc. I think I would have liked a larger size one, however. Oh and it's pretty quiet and makes a calming hum, at first my animals didn't want to approach it because it was strange and making a slight humming sound, but haha I got on all fours and drank out of it to show them how it works and they follow the silly human leader to the watering hole.

I am glad I chose this water fountain over the cheaper plastic ones I considered. The stainless steel is such an improvement over plastic, and the cats seem to prefer it too. It is easier to clean, it is quieter, and it feels more solid than the others I have tried. It also has a longer curved faucet so they can easily catch the flow directly rather than just lick from the bowl. I use this in motion sensor mode so this turns on when the cats are approaching it. I have been using it for almost two weeks and have not yet had to recharge it. I have cleaned it once, and I found it to be easy to take apart, clean individual parts, and then reassemble. It hos worked exactly as advertised so I can recommend it.

The best. I ordered it and its the best! I love the fact that it was already charged. There are different modes that are usually found on more expensive models. The stainless steel is very nice. There's also an LED light which is nice. You can see the water level clearly. You have to buy a mains adaptor if you want to plug it into the wall. Very inexpensive. This is also really easy to set up.

This fountain works great. It's easy to set up and operate. The charge lasts a long time and doesn't take long to charge. One of my cats loves it...took him a few days to get the hang of the motion sensor, but now that he has he is drinking a lot more water. Which is important to prevent urinary issues. I notice his coat is softer and shinier too. The other cat isn't a fan and still wants to drink from the tap...can't win 'em all. The water is always fresh and clean.

This is the first time I’ve purchased a water fountain and it did take the cats a little while to figure it out. It holds a good amount of water and I do like the fact that the battery pack is outside of the water fountain making it easier to detach and clean. It is quiet until the water gets a little low and then you hear a light hum which is a great reminder that you need to add more water and clean it. The blue light is nice because you can see what your water level is at, and it is not too bright that it disturbs your sleep. I am not sure if the filtration system actually is making the water taste any better to them since it has not improved their water intake but this could be because it’s new to them. A big con for me is you really have to push down on the buttons to change it from constant water flow to intermittent, turn the power off, etc. Overall, it’s a good fountain however, I think if I were to purchase another fountain I would like it to be a little more heavy duty. Also, just because it’s stainless steel like any product you need to clean this every few days otherwise it does get slimy on the top dish pan they drink out of but you really should be cleaning it anyway. The reason why I’m giving it four stars is I think for the price the stainless steel should be a little heavier.

Love this product. It works to keep the water extremely clean. At first my cat was afraid of the motion detection but he got used to it and now has fresh, filtered water all day.

I have two 11 year old indoor cats. One of them has had several UTI's due to not drinking enough water, so I decided to try this. They both took to it right away. The stainless steel makes it very easy to clean, I have hard water and as long as I empty it every 4 days, and sponge it out, thereis no limescale build-up. The filters are easy to find here. I initially started out with the motion sensing choice, but my baby got her ruff too close and the motion sensor is quite sensitive. So I switched to the every 15 minutes for 15 seconds and that's great. The pump is so quiet it's barely audible.The battery life on the 15/15 is very good too, about a month between recharging. If you want the pump to run continuously you can't use it unplugged. You get the Type C charging cable, and US power brick. Your cell phone brick will also do fine.

I have 2 other old fountains. Both have gotten plenty of use and are deteriorating. My cat doesn't drink a lot of water. She won't eat wet food (just licks it and leaves most of it).. She's 16 years old. I reluctantly ordered this fountain for her. It's super quiet....easy to assemble....and looks easy to clean. What's weird is she didn't even have to investigate it. She just immediately went up and started drinking. She sat there and drank for 5 min's. What is better about this fountain is the height. She doesn't have to bend over to drink... I noticed while she was drinking, she didn't sound like she was taking in a lot of air as she drank like she would on the lower profile fountains.... She didn't drink from the stream, but where the water lands on the stainless she just kept drinking from that. As long as she likes it and drinks lots of water, I don't care.UPDATE: Well it took her a week and I hope the manufacturer sees this. I've solved the problem by placing a had weight strategically on the fountain (outside the water) on the edge up against the wall...Here's what happens: She sticks her paw in the water, and her claw will go inside one of the stainless drain holes and she pulls the top completely off.....If ONLY the lid snapped on or there was a way to secure it. But there isn't. It just sits there on the base. This would almost be perfect if the lid itself snapped on.Update: I ended up putting a small piece of tape on it instead of the weight. I noticed after a week of doing that she didn't bother to try to put her paw in it.........so now it's just as is and doing great. Dude, she LOVES this thing! She drinks MORE water than ever.......she goes to it a lot.......but not so much that there's something wrong with her kidneys or anything. She pee's about 3 Maybe 4 times daily max. I can't believe how much she's taken to this fountain. She just goes up drinks for a bit.........goes away......then comes back 3 min later, drinks more. Other times, she will eat and not bother drinking any. It's so QUIET too and easy to clean. This is the best purchase I have made for her. Cats do NOT drink enough water......Especially the ones who eat dry food. Well, she gets plenty of water in her now. She acts happier too. I brushed her and noticed there was no dry skin.

I have a male cat that I've had since he was a kitten that is very picky about his food. I know it's important for cats, especially males, to drink a lot of water so they are less likely to have bladder problems and thought this fountain might help entice him to drink more. It sits next to his food. I like that it is not as big as some we've tried but it still a good size. It runs constantly when charging but when not plugged in will sense when he's in close range and turns on for a few seconds. I've had this like 2-2.5 weeks and it is holding water well and keeping it clean. I t being stainless steel helps with the bacteria and will be easy to clean. It can be put in dishwasher. He doesn't seem to care that the water comes out like it would from a sink. Some cats would. Out of 3 fountains that I've tried over time, this one is the most quiet even when running. The fountain I had before this one quit for no reason just after 2 months. I'm hoping this one holds up for a lot longer. You should definitely get one. I think your pet would love it, and you too.

Update: took the cover off and found a tiny hair ball jamming up the motor. Got it out and it works like a charm! Will clean it more often now.The pump is very quiet but it only worked a little over a month. It is the perfect little water pump.

I, personally, am very pleased with the water fountain. However, it's going to take my kitties some getting used to with the hum of the fountain whenever they approach it. I had to remove all other water bowls so they would have to drink from the fountain. They're adapting quite well now. I love all the features this fountain offers, and the fact that it has a light up window for you to see the water level is one of my favorite features.

Through the years I could never get my cats to drink enough water. When I got my new fur baby I decided there had to be something to entice her to drink water. She loves it and drinks all the time. It is not very big and has a pretty blue light inside. Easy to clean and the filters are easy to change So thankful for this excellent fountain.

I just did it.We have a stray — we call it Kitty, gender unknown, personality firmly set to grumpy — that lives outside our building. Everyone takes turns feeding and watering it, which is sweet in theory and chaotic in practice. When it got warmer, I started worrying Kitty wasn't drinking enough — water evaporates fast in the heat, and whatever was left in the bowl never looked particularly clean.The cordless design was the whole reason I bought it. There's no outlet anywhere near where Kitty hangs out, so a plugged-in fountain was never going to work. This one runs on a rechargeable battery, and after a week outside, we haven't needed to charge it yet. We run it on the timer mode — the instructions say it's the most battery-efficient setting, and since it sits near the building entrance, motion sensor mode would trigger every time someone walked by and drain the battery in a day. Timer it is. One design note worth mentioning — the buttons sit on top of the unit, which means a curious paw could theoretically cycle through the settings. They would have been better placed on the back, out of reach.The stainless steel bowl was another selling point. The old water always looked questionable. After a week with the filter running, the water looks noticeably cleaner — and Kitty, who I fully expected to give it the side-eye and walk away, drinks from it without complaint. For a grumpy cat, that's basically a five-star review right there.The transparent water window is genuinely useful — you can see the level at a glance without touching anything, which means whoever is on water duty that day can check it from a distance. Since nobody knows I put it there, I can only assume people appreciate refilling it less often. Nobody's complained, and it's still there, which I'm choosing to interpret as a win.My only real concern? It's nice enough that someone might decide they need it more than Kitty does. Fingers crossed it stays put.

The sensor keeps going on and off depending on if my cat is right in front of it. Although very easy to set-up and i like the water facet . The capacity holds is a lot.

I am pleased with this purchase. It took some training to get my cat to use it regularly. The running water actually frightened them in the beginning, even though they were faucet drinkers. In order to get them to use this fountain, I had to train them. I removed all other water sources in the house so they were forced to give it a try. I also made it not run so that they were drinking from the pan without the fountain working. Then I put it on the setting that had a longer running but timed further apart. Then I put it on the motion detector so that when they came up, it would run. It took maybe a week to train them to it. But they like it now and that it's their only water source. that improved my life, it was less dishes around the house for someone to kick. My only complaint is that the battery in it doesn't last all that long. It lastsmaybe five days six days and then has to be recharged again. I guess that's not terrible. You just have to remember to check it. Of course you have to remember to check it that it has water in it so it's not a big deal I guess. ..would I buy it again? yes

Not sure if my cat actually likes this or even drinks more water because of having it but she does use it. It took her a bit to not be cautious of it but that only lasted maybe an hour or two. I don't have it near an outlet so I use a 20,000 mAh USB battery bank to power it and it goes for weeks without needing to charge that battery or swap it out. I have it set to turn on when it detects motion and it does that well. I haven't checked to see if it turns itself on every 15 minutes for 15 seconds though, I have more important things to do with my time than to watch a water fountain turn on.The filters are on the expensive side. Being I used to have fish tanks I was thinking I could make my own and save a lot of money but motivation seems to be an issue, i.e. gathering all the ingredients, measuring them out, build it to fit in that little space... you know what they say, time is money and the amount of time I'd sped on doing that, I'd rather just buy them.That being said, the filters do great of a job. The three times I cleaned it since getting it, there has been pure water, no saliva. Also we have very hard water where I live so I actually have to wash this in the sink with soap and water every few weeks because the hard water spots build up just about everywhere. One thing I noticed was they didn't include anything to clean out the pipe for me where to water comes out. That should have been there.Anyway, my cat uses it, whether she 'likes' it more than a regular water dish, I'm not sure but she does use it.

Ok, that would require plumbing or stagnant water- uh no and no.Filter basket doesn't pull away from the top for cleaning. This makes cleaning the filter basket a little fiddly.Overall I really like this Water Fountain.

I bought this because my cat only wants water from the sink. Obviously when we travel she drinks out of a standing bowl, but that’s not acceptable for her when we’re home & I'm a sucker, lol! I bought this to test out, we’ve had it a week. My cat showed zero interest so we’ve been training her with treats. I’ve caught her a few times drinking out of it on her own. Fingers crossed! It’s great for the price, I love you can put the water bowl in the dishwasher. So far, no complaints.
